Time that gates close is not clear

The lady at the front desk was very informative, not the most welcoming but efficient. One problem is that I called in to make sure the gate woukd be open and I was told it would be, but when I showed uo it was a big to-do that it was 6:43 and the gates close at 6:45. A miscommunication between the lady at customer service and the gatekeeper almost had me with a truckload of stuff with nowhere to put it. Thankfully he let me in with all my stuff as I was told earlier.

good group

the team that works here seems trustworthy, and each part of their business makes sense. It is not luxury storage, and while reasonably secure it is not exceptionally safe, but all in all it aligns as an excellent value proposition. I feel that I made the right choice with my 5âx5â.
