VERY FAST AND EASY CHECK IN i was able to find the right size unit for our needs

I spent a week driving around with delicate furniture in my car that got damaged while I tried to reach out to the site for confirmation of certain policies and details of the reservation. I received multiple automated email prompts with the wrong price and move in date. I never got through to an actual central self storage agent and left multiple messages through the message service, including a district manager twice and got NO RESPONSE. I finally drove over an hour to the site and while the paperwork was done quickly, I was simply given a packet with my esignature automated on multiple areas of a contract I was not given any chance to prereview the details of. Finding out only then as I was rushed out about the limited access hours. The unit that had spider webs and piles of lint and dust and rains debris from the gate fixtures as it closes. The resident employee disappeared so quickly, was unavailable for both myself and another patron waiting outside the locked door for so long I had to deal with it myself and get on to work. Unbelievable poor responsiveness and evasive customer service.

The person that helped me was so nice and helpful. Best service. I would definitely recommend this facility.
