Rude clerk

I had an email reservation to open a 5 x 10 unit two Saturday's ago, but arrived during the clerk's lunch hour. I also had the moving company van on the clock. This rude kid stated he was on his lunch hour and refused to check us in. I told him I was going somewhere else and he said he didn't care. This kid is going to lose this company a lot of business. He could have taken 15 minutes to check us in, then continued his lunch break. Luckily I found a better facility that cares about their customers. If he's going to treat me badly, imagine other customers. Get rid of this kid and find a better manager or else you will lose business.
