Security Self Storage - Buckley

I had been renting a unit here for over a year. Always paid on time. I used the facility to store all the tools from my construction company. I got a phone call from the manager one morning that my unit was broken into. Over $25,000.00 worth of my lifeline was stolen and there was no security to be seen. There are two cameras on the entire lot. One at the entrance and one at the exit. NO units are monitored. There is 24 hr. Access but no security guards on site. An older woman is the live on site manager. I had spent many nights there late and never saw her not one time out of business hours (10-4). I was furious. I packed up everything that was not taken from the unit and told the manager I was leaving and she said she would terminate my contract. They continued to charge me for 6 months after I left. I never paid them. There were many other customers I talked to who said their units were also broken into.

Very kind n helpful here got me situated for what I needed, appreciated the employees !!!!

Pricing was fair ,paperwork was easy to do and people were helpful. The area was clean which was nice.
