Mislead

I set up my account online and was told to bring proof of insurance to the office with me. There is not an office. You have to find a way to continue through that to complete the process. It took me another 20 minutes on the phone with someone to finish. Then you have to have an app to get in the gate. Open the unit. Get out the gate. Also make sure you check your door size! I got a 10x10 unit and it has a 5 ft door. I did not see that on the one I got (even though it was specified on others)
