From the second i walked in I was just blown away with how nice the lady was at the desk(sorry forgot her name). I went in for a uhual rental and when i pulled up and realized it was a storage facility and it was so close to my home I immediately kicked myself for not choosing them mostly because they were so close then because their sooo nice. So I said i wish I had came here for my storage and she immediately asked a few quick questions and said she could get my next month free. needless to say I took that offer. Both Uhual transactions and storage were simple. They even eased my mind when I returned the uhual after hours and my phone died so I couldnt complete the return and i got a text saying if i didnt i could get charged more. i spoke to customer service over the phone. They reserved a unit for me at a great price. When I got to the storage unit they told me I wouldn't be able to fit all of the stuff in that one, it was too small. We upgraded to a bigger one. That now costs more. We got a good deal, the manager told us a a price. We agreed to it. But we weren't told all of the extra add ons that we needed until we ended up needing to checkout and pay. So we needed up spending $200 more than what we were originally quoted for. Just a bad experience.Full Review
