2020 Storage - 2020 Arapahoe St

As far as my current living situation goes I've got some issues and speed bumps and have to move every 28 days so therefore I had to put a lot more of my belongings into storage then I had originally anticipated when I got my storage unit Todd has always been very helpful as far as general need as well as accommodating my current issues and needing to put more of my belongings into storage. Will continue to utilize this facility for my storage needs as well as recommend to anybody else in the market for storage unit

I wasn’t able to reserve my space online so I called the 800# and the were able to help me. Not long after my reservations I received a call from the owner thanking me for renting and said if I had any problems he or Todd would be happy to help me. Later that day Todd called inquiring about when I would need the unit. I told him I was coming in right after work. I got there and Todd walked me around and showed me units. The unit I originally reserved was much to small so he showed me a couple others. It was more than the my original but Todd honored the quoted price. The paperwork was completed in less than five minutes. He showed me how to work the keypads and found the outside keys didn’t work. I had to run and couldn’t wait for a key. He graciously put two working keys under the door of my unit and I picked them up the next day. The customer service is what will keep me there if I need to stay longer than my projected move out date. I would definite recommend this place...
