People working are not very well informed

This started out to be a great experience. But ended in being pissed off because did customer service on the phone doesn't know what they're doing or no their protocol there are not very well informed. And they are very rude and disrespectful.

FRIENDLY STAFF! NICE 24-HOUR UNITS WITH LIGHT!

L.A. to Denvern for film location lasting months and parking car and motorcycle/trailer outside and clean 5x10 indoor with built- in light for Harley chopper with 24-hour access at great prices with friendly staff Barry and Tina!

Broken down

So, when I went to go get my storage unit everything was great until my car wouldn't start. It was pretty miserable, but the woman at the counter was so super friendly and extremely helpful and nice. She recommended a good place to take my car, and even brought me a hot tea while I was having to wait in the cold. I couldn't get my car towed till the next day and she didn't tow it which was really awesome. I would recommend this place for sure it feels safe and it's convenient being able to drive right up to the storage units.
