Storage West Self Storage

The Experience/ Customer Service: Well unfortunately I’m still in a position where I need to rent extra storage space. Fortunately I found Storage West in Longmont. I’ve been storing here for a little over 3 years. And first thing I’d like to mention-Frank and his wife have been incredibly helpful & understanding over the years. Believe it or not this is the second storage unit I rent. And the difference in service between the two? Entirely, night and day. Nothing terrible or anything. It’s just the overall experience with the other company I rent with, is much colder. It’s much more corporate. Versus the experience I’ve had with Storage West. Storage West gives you more of that family owned, mom and pop sort of a feel to the business. And this place is about as close as you’ll get to that old mom and pop feel. I’ve been in some difficult situations in the past. And each time that I had to push my ego aside and call them to let them know, “I didn’t have my rent for the month.” - they’ve treated me with respect & kindness. Frank was patient and allowed me to come up with a plan of action to resolve the matter. I’ll tell ya what, treating people with dignity and respect goes a long way. I’m very grateful to be doing business with respectful folks like this. The facility: *The location seems to be secure. No negative incidents in 3+ years. * I’ve never had anyone mess with my unit. Nor have I had any issues with security. * I believe the building’s Temperature controlled? The temp definitely stays fairly moderate *overall it’s a pretty clean place *units are indoor and protected from the elements. Overall: If you need storage this is a decently priced choice.
