This storage location was very clean. Staff was helpful. I couldn’t figure out how to get my storage area so they came out and helped me with the door locks and codes

Revised Review

After speaking with management and front desk, I have to say that I am revisiting my previous rating. Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and being a Property Mgr myself, I understand sometimes things happen when you’re not there to correct them. Renters should be responsible and respectful enough to take care of the facility and clean up after themselves. Staff could not be nicer and I give them kudos for dealing with what they do on a daily basis.
