I just moved in last week. I will be moving out. I stopped by around 930 to move some stuff around - within 30 minutes there was a knock on my door extremely rude woman said I’m not allowed to have my door closed and then she claimed I’ve been there since 7 AM. What? I was on the other side of town at 7 AM. I was puzzled Why do I even rent a storage unit if I can’t even be inside of it? She said I needed to leave shortly and I have to keep my storage door open at all times? So I will be moving out at the end of the month. I will not do business with a place like this. The lady was so rude the worst customer service experience ever. Also don’t let the website fool you - see videos - it’s not as nice as it seems.
