Needs pest control

My unit had a big wet spot on the center of the floor,had not been cleaned,smelt like rat pee, and saw German cockroach. Other than that, it would be a good unit for price.

The Front desk Employee was very nice..she went thru the paper work with me explained everything in detail walked me thru for a tour..very helpful
