Good price good value

I like the temperature control and value for space. My only isnt is two out of the three times I've been there theres been a bum sitting near my unit just sitting there like he lives there with no shirt on, a book a 2 liter of soda charging a phone reading. People shouldn't be able to stay there an extended period of time, especially walking around in short shorts
