Excellent customer service and very friendly

Rhonda was so helpful from talking to her over the phone to actually meeting her in person. After a long drive from Miami to move my son out of his dorm, she made out checkin procedure so easy and simple. The price was also right and the storage was big enough for his things. Great short term storage for college breaks

I reserved my unit online and it was fast and easy. However, when I arrived at my unit it was already occupied, so I had to choose another smaller unit. Thankfully the smaller unit worked out well, not sure what would have happened if it did not. In all, a great process and easy e-signature process for the paperwork.

Fantastic Service

I had to have storage on very short notice because of a horrific impending divorce & the manager couldn't have been more sympathetic or empathetic. I honestly felt like I had been with a therapist that day. She helped me more than she will ever know. Thank you so very much!
