Worst experience.

Late less than one month and charged $15 and $30 Lien fee. Never bounced check had to pay in cash. Would never use.

Thank you for your feedback. We confirm the "rules" are fully explained to the customer when signing the lease and associated paperwork. The customer is given a copy of all signed documents. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept credit/debit cards or checks after the close of business on the 17th day of delinquency as stated in the paperwork.
