My experience with this company has been absolutely horrendous! Customer service is awful, executives have no concern for customer care, and what should have been $280 for 3 months wound up being $450 with late fees and a $75 fee for selling my furnishing IF I failed to pay. I paid $450. The ONLY reason I have not moved my furnishings to Metro Self Storage is because it would have cost me more to move than to pay the cheat fees that they assess. Their customer service model is awful; they seem to feel as though returning customer calls is a crime; they wonât call customers back; and they use tricks to rack up âfeesâ to add to their $300 million dollar bottom line. Complaining will be a waste of your precious time. I strongly advise any potential customer not to get reeled in by the 1st free month and low monthly fee. That just means you will have no opportunity to deal with a human at the facility and your customer service interactions will likely be less than stellar, if not downright rude. If you are in Atlanta, and want a company that cares about you as a customer, my suggestion is contact one of the many Metro Self Storage sites in the ATL, and engage a company that provides real customer service.Full Review

I just rented my storage unit. Before we rented, my husband wanted to take a look at the unit to make sure it was what we wanted and Frank, the property manager, drove us to several different units so we could see what we needed. The facility was very clean and tidy. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Covington, GA area. At 1st look you want to run but if you do you are wasting energy and missing out on good thing! Yes I would say the cleanliness isn't the best but that is only due to age, ware and tare. Cosmetically needs improvement but Mrs Lillians is in no way a "nasty" or even "dirty" facility. Only time worn but structurally maintained and sound! And most importantly the customer service experience is among the BEST I've ever encountered and coming from a customer service manager and extraordinaire that says a lot!! My online and phone booking was extremely fast efficient and most importantly seemless! I will continue using Mrs Lillians now and for any future storage needs!Full Review

They were running a sale to rent out units. I liked the idea of indoor storage but its not what I expected. It's very dusty and dingy. I also saw roaches. Unfortunately, this was the only place In my price range and I have limited time. So a sprayed roach spray and I hope my stuff won't be infested. The office staff was helpful. They said that the place will be cleaned and an exterminator will be called. The actual storage unit was clean and great size for thE price.Full Review
American Flea market storage is run by People's storage next door. Did not know that. David was very helpful but he was a 1 man show on a busy Saturday morning. It left much to be desired when I found out my unit is on the 2nd floor and the elevator is not working. This very information was not presented when the lease agreement was presented. My fault for not asking. Clean as expected for a storage unit. Don't expect the world but you will get a good price.Full Review

I called the phone number listed on this online page and get a call center type operator on the line. She said this location had what I wanted (Climate controlled unit). I call the actual storage facility to setup time to go look at the unit, fill out paperwork etc... and get informed he does not have what I requested. He then blames the call center for selling things they don't have available but when I call the Call Center back they blame the storage facility for not updating their system with what's available.
