Rentals can be completed on-site using our 24-hour self-service kiosk available in all Red Dot Storage Rental Centers. Customer service is available by phone 7 days a week for assistance.
Facilities are gated and require a gate code for access. Gate codes are provided through the kiosk once the move-in process has been completed.
All units will be marked with a wire green tag. These signify that they have been inspected by our Facility Supervisor and are ready to be rented. Green tags are meant to be broken and must be replaced with your own lock. Locks can be purchased in the Rental Center located by the kiosk.

No on-site person to help with problems

A large storage facility with no human on site at any time is ridiculous. Had to go there twice initially because the first unit they assigned me was locked. No one had inspected it. Had the unit one month and then moved out. When I drove in, I entered without having to put in the code because the 'security' gate stayed open several minutes after someone else drove in.

Really like the 24 hour accessibility. Unfortunately these facilities are unmanned so if anything is needed it may take a day or 2. Pricing is okay depending on size of unit. They're competitive with other larger storage companies.
