The facility is clean, well lit, easy to navigate around. The layout (On the first floor at least) was easy enough to maneuver most common boxes and objects.
The staff (Mya) was friendly and attentive to questions and helping customers.
Sign up process was quick, there is neither unnecessary sales pitch nor up selling pressure. It was a very comfortable experience for me.

The only reason I chose this facility (blindly) was because it was recommended by my moving company, Hollander, and is close to their facility. I only needed the unit to store a piano that wouldnât fit up my stairs. The day we moved the temperature was above freezing and the snow was melting. There was no salt on the roads to the storage unit (between the units) and the road was covered with ice. The manager assisted me in getting my storage space. He showed me to the space and to my surprise there was already a lock on it and he told me it was included in the rental. I had originally brought one on my own but since he said it was included so I didn't used the one I brought. As it turned out later when I reviewed the charges, I was charged for the lock. It was my fault for not reviewing the bill carefully when I approved it, but I thought it was very deceiving of the manager not to point out that there is an additional charge for the lock.Full Review
