I was on a tight timeline and needed to move my vehicle in same day. It was easy to reserve a locker by phone for pre-arrival check-in. Oops! I tried to save a buck by choosing a unit that turned out to be a foot too short for my car. They helped me IMMENSELY by providing the flexibility to easily switch to a larger locker after-hours without hassle or financial penalty. Kudo's and thanks for the outstanding customer service and communication!

I was super impressed with how easy the entire process to get the unit was. I applied on-line and got a quote - and form there on I had reps from the facility contacting me to narrow down a move in time. My schedule is hectic and all over the place - and they did a great job in following up and being flexible. The unit was clean upon arrival and they helped me get all the paper work done quickly and explain rules and limitations. I truly appreciate how easy it was to get this unit and from the sounds of it it will also be easy to move out. I don't know if I would ever move again without renting out a storage unit to 1. declutter and 2. be the inebetween grounds.Full Review

Anthony was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were looking for a 5 x 10. He showed us a couple of units slightly larger than we were looking for, I think to "up sell" us, but I was not offended as that is probably his job. He did ask what we were storing and agreed that a 5 x 10 would work for us. We did look at the exact unit we were to rent and signed the paperwork. I recommend having your home owner's insurance handy so you don't have to pay for insurance there. Do a double check on their math as they seemed to have a new computer program they were working with. We had a 5 x 10 that we paid $52 a month for and a $25 admin fee. Check on their specials we had a choice of first month free or 50% off of the next 3 months. The facility was very clean.Full Review

I reserved a unit online, two hours later I showed up with my stuff, had the choice of two units the size I requested, signed the contact and moved in. Unit was clean and staff very nice. Down side, they seem to only have one person working, so I waited a few minutes to see anyone come to the office; Luckily, someone let me in instead of waiting the entire time in the entryway to be buzzed into the building.Full Review
