About Red Dot Storage - Wolf Street

Rentals can be completed on-site using our 24-hour self-service kiosk available in all Red Dot Storage Rental Centers. Customer service is available by phone 7 days a week for assistance.
Facilities are gated and require a gate code for access. Gate codes are provided through the kiosk once the move-in process has been completed.
All units will be marked with a wire green tag. These signify that they have been inspected by our Facility Supervisor and are ready to be rented. Green tags are meant to be broken and must be replaced with your own lock. Locks can be purchased in the Rental Center located by the kiosk.

Unique kiosk

Had great experience , move in as scheduled when i found my locker was truly suprized that i didnt need my broom. Prior xperience had taught me to bring a broom at other companys where ive had lockers. At 1st skeptical. In kiosk pushed help button got somebody online walking me through and then promptly emailed my reciept . i believe her name is Becki. In Co office much thanks

strange at 1st . unique kiosk idea

After following screen prompts and getting in was suprized when i located my locker that it was clean . prior experiences with other companys, ive always brought a broom on move in day. This time my broom took up space in the truck , and wasnt needed. I had 1 problem before i got in ..i pushed help button on screen in kiosk and got a person who took care of it and promptly emailed reciept. The other companys will never recieve my business again
