RV Parking & Unit needs Cleaning

There was so much brush, my spouse had to drive his truck thru it in order to park our motorhome, the parking spaces are not lined off, needs a lot of maintenance. The unit, we rented had a mattress and a coatrack, we had to sweep it out and get rid of items left behind. We had no choice but to continue using this facility, since we moved from another state. However we will be looking for other locations. The customer service rep Rosemary, who is NOT at the Call Center was great. But the Call Center Representatives, they need a lot of help, they had me down for 2 units, 2 spaces for the parking..Rosemary Thank you for fixing the problems. However, its a shame the grounds are not kept up.
