In a pinch, Great Service

I already have 2 storages elsewhere and I needed another,after extensive research I found self storage to be the cheapest I will be moving out of my other units to store at this facility as well!

Unfulfilled promises. No one available to help with problems that came up.

I had gone the day before and told them the lock on my assigned locker was broken. I was told it would be fixed, but it was not when I got there. Nobody answered the emergency phone that went directly to an answering machine that was full. So I had to leave my stuff in an unlocked locker and it remains theee at this time. You rent the locker by using a kiosk, no people in sight to help or ask questions to. No directions given. Kiosk gave me the wrong code to get in the gate. Very lucky I had gone on Friday and was able to talk to a person or I would have shown up on Saturday with a truck full and no way to get in.
