Bad service

Had storage unit for over 3 years. Have been waiting on deposit return for 51 days. No help from the staff. Not helpful beyond we sent it. Giving up on deposit. Stay away from this place.

Unfortunately Bruce has not been truthful. His deposit return was sent in a timely manner (with bank confirmation). Perhaps he threw it away. I offered to stop payment and resend and he declined. Though he declined....I did stop payment and resent his $31.00 and hopefully he will not post any further untruthful reviews. It's very sad. We offer great service and value our customers.
