Water and ice in our unit.

Our unit floods when it rains and the water freezes in the winter. About 2-3 inches worth. We were told just add some pallets. What?!? We pay $200 a month and have a flooded unit.

Hi J and E, after seeing your review I just wanted to remind you that you did decline offers to transfer to a different space at a lower cost. The space you have does have a power outlet(s) inside, but the others do not. The pallet option IS the last resort for any storage company and that is to keep the customer's items safe from damage when they're unwilling to transfer. Please, contact our property manager for your new space. Thanks!
