Clean, new, nice facilities. Business process a little wonky.

When you call you don't get BoxStorage. You get some third party company. annoying but not a deal breaker. thus only 4 stars. The place is brand spanking new. extremely clean, and close to my house. I like that the lockers are long and not deep. So a 5 x 10 has a 10 foot door and is only 5 feet deep. Makes it much easier to store AND retrieve stuff. This is a big plus. I definitely recommend them.
