Matt is on top of things even when I'm not, thanks for the friendly reminders about due dates. Jordan saved the day again!! I mean what he does is out of the ordinary for times now. People in customer service industry don't understand that the service that we are needing from that person is crucial for our next move rather it be positive or negative So when you get a guy like Jordan who will make the connection or the right phone calls that can help you meet your needs...is a real life hero. Although I did not agree with the No Refund Policies & Other Pricing.. that's of no way their fault.. She was Pleasant, Took the time to Explained the Policy, & Carries herself in a Professional Manner with Good Vibes. Great Job!
