Very friendly and helpful!

Benton Road Storage has very friendly and helpful staff, clean and secure surroundings, and great deals! I love that I can borrow a moving truck if I need to for free, and that my AAA membership gives me a free first month of storage.

Exceptional Customer Service

From the first phone call to inquire about my online request to me walking out of the office after them helping me unload my things in a unit and signing the paperwork I was BLOWN AWAY by exceptional customer service. I was treated more as family than a customer. I highly recommend Benton Road Self-Storage Center. It was clean, well organized, and obviously the employees are well taken care of because it translates into some of the best customer service I have ever recieved!
