Disappointing

Unit rental was good until the third month when my unit got covered in water and smoke damage. No one called me and told me about the damage. I lost all of my items and manager had no remorse or tried to assist for the damages. Iâm a small business owner and all of my inventory I had stored is ruined.

Exactly what I was looking for

Tammy immediately greeted me when I came inside. She was very informative and helpful. We walked to the storage room, which is perfect, and she explained the alarm system, flat cart usage and front entrance door usage. The facility was very clean, didnât have a storage âmustyâ smell and there are cameras throughout the interior. Tammy made sure my gate code worked before I left too!!!
