Overall I’m happy with the unit itself, the pricing, and the location. I had a full U-haul truck and a very short time to get it unloaded. The gentleman who helped me on the phone was a god sent. He found me exactly what I needed as soon as I called. When I got to the Storage unit I quickly found out there was no Kiosk to pay and no signs that said 24-hour. No customer service desk or Locks that I could buy. I Wasnt even sure if I was at the right place since I was now in the middle of nowhere and it didn't look to be what I was told or what I had read online. But because I was pressed for time completely exhausted and desperately needing to get this huge truck unloaded I proceeded to find out how to pay for and get into the unit I was promised. After filling out some information online and paying with a credit card I got my unit number and quickly started unloading the U-haul. As We were leaving a very rude man came out very upset that we were on his property “This is my home” he kept saying. I tried to apologize and explain to him that we didn't know (since he had no signs posted for the time of operations) and that we were miss informed about the facility. He didn't want to hear it. So we left. I felt angry and confused since the information given was very miss leading and the owner was very rude. If you don't want people on your property after 10 you should have signs that say so and online for your business shouldn't say 24 hours. I just hope I don't have to deal with him again.
