Ice and snow need to be taken care of

The ice outside of our storage unit is dangerous. My wife slipped and fell, hit her head very hard and had to go to the emergency room. She suffered a very bad concussion and is still affected two weeks later. The snow doesn't seem to be removed very well and it's been very icy every time we've been at our unit. It only requires salt on a regular basis. So I really don't know why it's not taken care of
