Welcome to Gopher Storage. We feature self storage, outside storage as well as U-Haul Truck Rental.

We offer a clean and courteous self-storage facility for your personal or business needs. Our exceptional customer service is what makes us confident that we stand out from the rest and our state of the art security provides a safe and convenient self-storage solution for your valued possessions.

Some outdoor parking spaces located off-site at 19680 Kenrick Ave. Lakeville MN 55044.

-24/7 access is a monthly charge of 38.00 per month.
-Electricity is an additional charge
-All renters are required to carry insurance on their belongings/vehicles, proof is required or we have it available for purchase
-Vehicles must come prepared with a copy of their title
37 admin fee every rental
-Outdoor parking there is an additional 32 outdoor management fee and 12 tag fee non refundable
