Month free is a joke.

The facility itself is a five star. It's in a good location, very clean, and it's very easy to get to. It has a password gate to get in alongside locked units. However, the advertised month free knocks the stars down. What isn't advertised is that the month free is only the month you move in. If you're like us, we expected a month from move in date like the other business we looked at and moved in June 30th about 2:00 pm, then were hit with a bill July 1st that we were not expecting. The only advice we were offered was that we should have waited one day to move in, which we would have if we had known. The advertising of the month free just needs to be more clear but otherwise it's really nice and we will be staying.
