We needed short term storage
We bought a new house with little storage, so we put some of valuables into Clark's storage. It is the cleanest unit I have ever seen and price is more than fair. Truly a hassle free System. Also if this unit ever floods...better call Noah!

Flood plain
If it has any sentimental value, do not keep it here. Make sure it is insured. We lost everything this past spring (2019). There is no guarantee it won't happen again. Otherwise, the owner is great!

Manager's Response

This occurred at our PJ location, not Highway 34 which is about 150 foot higher. I not only felt bad for my customers who lost their things, but also helped them clean all of their storage units out. This area has not been flooded for 80 years, even then it was 1-2 foot deep versus this deep. Understand their material loss. My son's car was there at the time and our lawn mover. Everyone knew for about a week that a potential flood was coming, obviously if I thought it would have been this severe, we would have moved our things. The unit got flooded in about 30 minutes, once the levee broke. It took a combination of 3 nature related events for this to happen.
