Agent was terrific, ease of access top notch

Our son became critically ill and my husband and I needed to get a storage unit ASAP and move his one bedroom apt into storage while he was hospitalized. It was 113 degrees out and the office lady saw I was overheating and brought me into the office to sit and gave me water until I had recovered. She went and found another cart for me as well because the one I had gone to fetch was no longer there. Very considerate people!
