I'm sorry your move in experience was thought to be inappropriate. I followed up with our manager and she said that in subsequent visits it seemed you had an improved experience with her and very pleasant. We realize that it is commonly stressful when folks are in the moving process and we do our best to treat everyone as we would like to be treated. Thank you for sticking with us even though your first impression was negative. We will continue to do our best to improve.

Nice and friendly staff

Very happy with the size & price of the unit. The staff is very friendly & helpful. I like how there is only one way in and one way out. I will definitely recommend this storage place to friends.

Thanks Melissa for your input. We are constantly adding more features to our facility to ensure the security for your items. This facility was not maintained up to our standards when we purchased it a year ago last February and so we are gradually making improvements as time passes. We are not a "Corporate" store and try to keep the "personal touch"as part of our management persona. We realize you had other options to chose from and we appreciate your business.
