Inconsistent service

Our initial experience was very positive. Our second experience, unfortunately, was not. The young man who was on duty went above and beyond to work with us. However, the woman who was on duty was caustic. Fortunately, she was not on Duty our first visit or we would not have returned.

The manager: Chanti (Property: 25734)

The manager, Chanti, at property location (25734) was courteous, kind, and helpful. As a first time customer, Ms. Chanti, explained about the facility, storage, security, and products that are available in the office if needed. She was able to give us a good deal being a first time customer to a public storage. I would recommend, this public storage to family and friends. Thank you.
