Very disappointed

I have been due a $413 refund from this facility for over three weeks now. I was told the refund check was being handled at their corporate office, and that the check was cut on Fri. Feb. 25th and mailed out the following Monday. As of today Mar. 12th I have not received the check and I cannot get a hold of anyone or a response to the messages I have left for the facility, the district manager, and the management companies Director of Operations. I am extremely upset and beyond disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of respect I have experienced.

Great Customer Service and Very Clean

The front desk girl is very nice. She showed me the storage size first to make sure that is the size I wanted. To access your storage unit is very easy. Itâs super clean. I am very happy renting from this company
