Life Storage - Piscataway Township

I first went online and set up a reservation, btw - they were the cheapest facility in my area. Then I called just to verify the store hours considering the pandemic. The guy was so helpful sent me everything to my email so it would be completely touch free. The paperwork took me less then 10 minutes. I went to the facility followed the instructions to get inside to my unit and picked up the keys. Absolutely no issues at all.

This is the 1st time I have ever had to utilize a storage facility. I didn't know what to expect. The associates here were beyond awesome. The day I made the reservation Alex called me to review my reservation, he answered all of my questions, and told me what to expect when I come in. I wanted to continue to work with him but he informed me that he would not be there but his manager Samantha would be there to take care of me. He was absolutely right. Samantha was great as well. She answered .all of my remaining questions and was very thorough in all of her explanations. Alex and Samantha were great!!!

I couldn't be more pleased with the speed and ease of the entire experience. From the online reservation to the friendly and courteous staff, to the ease of move in; I couldn't be more satisfied. 5 stars. All the way. Who knew Uncle Bob would be such a valued family member.
