OK facility. Call first to ensure desired unit actually available.

I feel as though a bait and switch was pulled on me. I reserved an 8x10 unit, and when I arrived to check-in, I was told that there were none available in this size. I had a car full of stuff, so I was forced to take one that was available. Front desk girl (can't recall her name) was courteous and knowledgeable, so ups to her. It's a bit rude that I'm forced to purchase a one-of-a-kind lock that can't be used anywhere else. Access should consider a buy back program for these.

New facility.Safe , secure, clean, and very friendly on site staff

For the past 7 months I have been renting 3 of the larger units (each one of them sper with the possibity of adding one more. This location offers many perks LARGE clean bathrooms on each of their 3 floors. CONVENIENT extended unit access hours..6 am. To 10 pm. Safe and secure unloading and loading area accessible through a code activated entry. I have sometimes been the last person to leave at 10 pm and have never had a problem. In addtion to the incredible on site staff (Ivan, Shemika, and Ashley) upper management personnel (Manny) is also pleasant to work with and willing to offer whatever assistance he can. Would I recommend this facility??? Absolutely!
