Excellent customer service.

I initially reserved the 5x10 online. When I completed the paperwork with Donna she let me know that I could upgrade to a larger unit if it was too small. My wife and I decided to go with the 8x10 after looking at the unit. We were able to get the larger unit at a discount also. Great customer service by Donna.

Great experience. Waiting a for desk person to return from cleaning out empty storage but customer service was great
