Bait and switch! Watch out!

At sign-up, the front desk staff told me I'd be given a pro-rated month whenever I left the facility if I paid 2 months in advance in order to receive a promotional discount. When I left and tried to get the pro-rated refund the owners told me I wasn't eligible because I had come in on a promotional discount. I explained that a) I hadn't ended up using the promotion because I had to use an outside parking space instead of a unit AND b) the staff had told me I would upon sign-up regardless, the owners just kept refusing my refund. Feels like bait and switch. Also, apparently this is par for the course for this company as there are similar reviews on Yelp. So, this is not a mom-and-pop storage facility where you can just take them at their word; they're going to try to keep every penny from you.

Great place, they have a attentive staff.

Was promptly greeted and then got great quotes from the staff. They are ungoong an upgrade to their security system which is amazing, made me feel more secure about leaving my belongings there.
