Had quite a bit of trouble getting into facility due to my phone not being programmed to gate correctly. Also storage building I was assigned was already in use. We were delayed by two hrs...and late returning Uhaul truck. But they staff did try as best they could to resolve issues over the phone. It was just a real inconvenience and very frustrating.

I am sorry you didn't have the best of experiences with your move-in. Our offices were closed on Sunday, your move-in date. Fortunately we happened upon your message left at our office that you required assistance. As a reminder, we have an emergency telephone number listed on your lease agreement to call during off hours for faster assistance. You can easily access that information on our website www.twicethespace.com through your customer portal. I am happy that once you found our facility you were able to access the gate promptly. Thank you for your patience while we quickly transferred you to a new unit just a few units down.
