Excellent service on top of a great deal!

Location, location, location! Venace was friendly and professional; The unit's rate was better than most in the Jamaica area with one month of free rent. Only issue: Their trolleys (platform trucks) are either unmanageable (partially flat) or have loose handles.

Nate is very helpful there. The storage is clean and easily accessible. They even accommodated me when I was slightly late to move in. The only problem I faced was that this particular location has 2 loading bays only and with snow and water logging on the street, it was quite hard to move in without a lot of effort. The storage place next door has for example about 20 bays :)
