Poor customer service

Called the place to say that i was going to be maybe 15 mins late and the customer service person repeatedly said that they close at 5:00pm. Did not even help me at all. So i chose another storage facility.

I'm always sorry to hear that a customer or potential customer didn't have a positive experience with Zip Storage. Our customer service reps strive to provide extra assistance where ever and when ever possible and often stay late or come in early to accomodate customers. They take pride in the many positive reviews of their individual performance. That said, we are very upfront about our hours. We are not a 24 hour access facility. This is one of the ways we are able to keep our prices so low and consistently have repeat business.
