So ok, moving all over is more normal than ever. As I was called back to L'pool to care for an elder, needed to keep a small biz going so I needed a quick storage solution. This is my 2nd (good) experience with this company, I was at P.S for 28 years and the rates got ridiculous! A more efficient operation here (and newer, cleaner facilities) has more beneficial pricing AND a great trucking option besides. Bigger than the small 'cube' U haul, I was able to pack the contents of a small store in there! I am going to get it again soon as my move is not to be completed until summer. Drives like a dream! We have rented twice at this facility and both times the staff has gone above and beyond. First time they noticed right away on one of their security cameras that we hadn't locked the rolling door on our outside unit correctly. So glad they caught that or we could have ended up coming back to an empty storage locker.
The second time my son was renting by himself and was having some problems with access which they resolved immediately remotely but then, without asking and despite that it was 10 minutes after the office had closed, they went down to make sure everything was okay with him.

I never have rented a Storage Unit Before, but I have to give Kudo's to Robin. At the beginning of our Rental,,,,I was having a problem with pricing issues and because of Robin, I stayed, She made SURE it was corrected :-) She has went out of her way for Me ever since I started Renting and she is very Personable, Caring, Knowledgeable etc.etc.etc.... tries to make the Best out of ANY situation.....I believe Robin is an Asset to Public Storage because of these Attributes.....Always goes beyond Her Job Duties to offer any help She can give....TY Robin!!!!
