Maintenance is SLOW at non existent . Customer Service AWFUL

Have been outside RV space renter for over two years, in fact we were the first to store a RV in the covered spaces. Recently the power outlet to our space went out and I have tried for over 2 weeks to get someone to repair/replace the outlet. So far NOTHING. Last year a “secure” pedestrian exit gate to the facility was broken and left wide open to the outside. I called 5 times over the span of two months and nothing was done during that time to repair it. I finally gave up. Rental fees are going up every year but the service we are getting is getting less and less.

Hi Mark, Thank you for sharing with us. While we offer secured parking spaces for our tenants, we do not provide any charging stations at our facility. Those outdoor outlets provide landscapers and vendors with power for any repairs or facility maintenance. As for the gate, the repairs were made, and the facility was fully secured.
