Never rent a unit here!!!!

I reserved a unit online...got a confirmation emails and texts and even talked to someone on the phone prior to the move-in date. But when the day came to move in, I had no gate code and no one was answering the number I was given and that was on all the signs at the facility. I then called the 877 number that was advertised as a help line and they couldn't do anything for me either. I had 2 truck loads waiting to get into this facility and no one could help. What a ridiculous set up at this location. We ended up going to a different storage facility (Public Storage) and got a unit with no problems...because they actually had someone working and answered the phone when I called to reserve a unit on the fly.

Hi Kathy, I sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our facility. Upon researching your move-in reservation, I see that our Call Center reached out to you last week to confirm your reservation. They spoke with you on 11/26 and received the confirmation, and left a follow-up voicemail on 11/29 as well. Typically, prior to move-in, an access code is emailed and/or texted to you. I am not sure what happened as this is not a typical occurrence and we do apologize for any inconvenience. We hope you have safe and Happy Holidays.
