Facility is good; process needs work

Previous renter; first time all was virtual and everything was fine until checkout. They checked the unit the day BEFORE the lease expired, but did not check it again, and contacted me multiple times to threaten additional charges/trashing of property. Finally got someone to go look, and she was apologetic. Okay, so, one glitch that they resolved...and tried a second rental. This time there was no virtual option offered; I was asked to go into the office. Not cool, but okay. That's where from the start this second experience went badly. Apparently the manager had my name wrong, and proceeded to politely but firmly argue details, in spite of my protests that something was wrong. She eventually realized her mistake, and after nearly 40 minutes I finally got my unit. One more suggestion: cut back on the deluge of emails and texts. There were so many that when she claimed I had reserved a unit type that I had not, I had to dig through countless messages. The facility and the rates are top notch. Just be VERY wary of check in and check out process.

Very professional employees, easy access, easy use and very clean.

We needed an extra unit the day of move in. I called the service number and was greeted in a very kind, helpful and professional manner. I was immediately put at ease and a new unit was available right away with no hassle!

Needed storage in a pinch

Taylor was very helpful and accommodating - we went through all the paperwork via text/email as I can't take calls at work. Only after coming to this site did I realize that I could have gotten a gift card with my AAA membership. so there's that. But the process went smoothly and all went well.
