Need someone 24/6 to help with assistance and access to the building/unit.

This is my first time using this facility. Good, clean spaces. My only complaint is that when I go to take something there, no one is ever in the office to let me into the building where my unit is. The phone has voicemail that is full, so can't leave message. The "pager" never works. Have to find someone in the machine shop to let me in. Waited over 20 minutes one day. Very frustrating. Plus, I work til 4:30, so Saturday is the only day I can go. They just need to get someone to work in the office all day, to let you in and assist with anything. Also could not find light switches for 2nd floor and it is almost pitch black, even in the daytime!

Shirley Thank you for your comments. The person that usually handles the front desk is a Marine Reservist and unfortunately he was out for a week on duty when you were moving in. His replacement was retrained to understand the responsibilities of handling the front desk and turning on all the lights. The pager system has been fixed and we would not have known it wasn't working if not for your situation. Again, thank you and hopefully we can better assist you in the future.

Affordable, secure, friendly service, easy move-in

Super affordable for an indoor, climate controlled storage unit. It was the best price I found amongst a handful I looked into. The woman who helped me was very friendly and took the time to show me a few options to make sure I was getting the size I needed. I moved in on the rainiest day--there were flood warnings everywhere--and there wasn't a drop of water inside the building. The access hours aren't convenient if you work 8-5 M-F, BUT that's a fine trade-off for the price, the location, and the security. Saturday hours are just fine. Would highly recommend.

Very Nice Place

Great place. The units are behind the machine shop. Only way to get in unit is to ask during business hours. All indoor. Elevator to help.
