Reserving online was extremely easy and every step after that was even easier and faster. The prices were better than other places. The customer service was excellent and all of my questions were answered. The unit was pristine inside and the door and lock were also pristine and smooth functioning. It was also up off of the ground so no chance of water getting in. I am so happy that I chose Parma Self Storage and I highly recommend it!

I did online the night before. They called me first thing in the morning to confirm(clear up my mistakes)🙄. They were ready and waiting for me. Every step of this was painless. Nice clean storage. Awesome stuff. Offered truck. Finalized and signed paper work in about 10 minutes. 😁😁😁

As well all know, moving is never fun. I was totally dreading all of the stuff that I had to move. I arrive at Parma Self Storage, and I am immediately greeted by a very nice guy (sorry that I forgot your name). He takes me back to the storage unit to make sure it was large enough for me. I decided that it was a perfect fit, and he allows my crew to unload while we completed the paperwork. The paperwork doesn't take long at all. It felt like maybe 10 minutes, but I didn't keep track, and that also included buying the special locks that are required (you cannot use a bolt cutter for those!). I made sure to purchase the monthly insurance, especially since most renter's insurance policies don't cover storage units. Anyway, great experience, and probably the only good part about moving.
